Lisa Gallucci is the owner and CEO of Pelican Patrol Home Watch Service and Pet Care.
After relocating from Seattle to sunny Florida in January 2022, she traded gray skies for palm trees and never looked back.
With more than twenty years of experience in human resources, finance, and entrepreneurship, Lisa has worn many hats including consultant, coach, and trusted advisor to small businesses and nonprofit organizations. She has spent her career helping leaders grow with confidence, clarity, and heart.
Launching Pelican Patrol was a return to her entrepreneurial roots and the perfect way to stay hands on in the community she now proudly calls home. Protecting homes, caring for pets, and building trusted relationships is not just her business, it is her passion.
