Meet the Owner
Lisa Gallucci is the proud owner and CEO of Pelican Patrol Home Watch Service. She moved to Florida in January of 2022 from Seattle, Washington.
After a career in human resources, finance, and entrepreneurship, Lisa worked as a consultant and coach guiding small companies, non-profit organizations, and business owners toward developing their leadership skills. After being in human resources for more than twenty years, she thought it would be nice to return to her entrepreneurial roots and open a new business.
Pelican Patrol Home Watch Service is just the right company for her to stay involved in the community and create a legacy to pass on to her children.
Lisa is the proud mother of twin sons who are both married and living in SW Florida. She hopes to become a "Nonna" sometime soon so she can spend
some quality time with her grandchildren.

She is proud to be a member of the National Home Watch Association providing excellent customer service to her clients in the Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda areas in Charlotte County, Florida.

Our Home Watch Process
We follow a systematic approach to home watch, ensuring every aspect of your property is inspected.
Our team pays attention to detail and takes proactive measures to address any concerns that may arise during our appointments.
At your consultation, we will conduct a thorough walk-through, documenting the property's condition, key locations, and any security features you may have. We will discuss specific instructions and preferences related to your service which will allow us to provide you with a customized quote outlining the services, frequency of visits, and estimated costs.
Once the details are set, we will have you review and sign the agreement.
We'll arrange a visit to pick up your keys and activate your service on the agreed date.
Detailed reports and updates will be provided with photos and notes about the property's condition after each visit. Any issues that arise will be promptly communicated to you.
Our team is always available to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have.

In doing so, we have agreed to the Associations Code of Ethics and set of standards.
Pelican Patrol Home Watch Service has taken additional steps to provide excellence to our clientele. Our CEO/Owner has completed the Boot Camp training provided by the NHWA as well as passed the Certification exam to become a Certified Home Watch Professional.
