During each visit, we perform both an external and internal check of the home.

During our Property Watches, we will notify you of any dumping issues, homeless encampments, or damage caused by storms affecting your neighbors or the County.
Each visit you will receive a detailed report with photos.

When hurricanes like Ian, Helene, or Milton strike, you need someone to be your eyes and ears on the ground.
We keep a constant communication line open when storms are pending in the Atlantic or Gulf waters.

Our pre-storm preparation services help you get your home or property ready for the worst.

After a storm, we perform a comprehensive 8-point post-storm check to make sure your home has not suffered any damage.
